Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

How long will delivery take?
• Whilst we strive to meet the 3 to 5 day delivery timeline, there are contributors outside of our control that could delay the process by a couple of days.
• The transporter will be in direct contact with you, prior to delivery taking place.
• After receipt of order your delivery will take between 3-5 working days, depending on your area of delivery.
• Your Sales Consultant will keep you up to date in this regard.
• You will be contacted within 48 hours of your online purchase (or the next business day) to confirm a delivery day and time.
• All products are manufactured to order
• Extra length mattresses and bases are custom made and will take up to 7 working days.
• In the event delivery has to take place outside of the Metropolitan areas (long distance 150km from Metropolitan areas), delivery can take up to 10 working days.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will be redirected to our website to see your order, we will also contact you via an email and phone call

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

An invoice will be emailed to your email that you registered with us.
